Our wedding had ~75 guests who all booked through Andrea and we heard the same positive feedback from them through initial bookings, room changes, name swapping, and more. We had veteran travelers and very inexperienced travelers in our group, and she did a great job handling everyone’s requests. For anyone considering a destination wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Andrea. She is the BEST and we plan to work with her again for trips in the future!

We had in total 51 guests come and she helped organize all of their travel, including finding the beautiful resort in the first place. All of our guests had such a great experience too!

Our planner Andrea Coots went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and every single possible question we could think of, she had an answer for. If we could do it again, we’d work with Andrea all over again. She made moving 75 people to Mexico a breeze!

We had so many questions and what felt like a million changes, and she always had an answer. Any worry I had, she set at ease. She took a huge load off my plate and made getting over 75 people to the Dominican Republic super simple.

I worked with Andrea for my destination wedding in Tulum! Planning a destination wedding and flying 45+ people can be stressful, but Andrea was an incredible help the entire year. She consistently responded to emails right away and was always on top of things.

She answered the 100s of questions my guests would ask her throughout the booking process. My guests even all spoke of her during our time together on vacation as if everyone knew her personally! She was organized and took care of all of our needs. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

We just got home from our destination wedding in the Dominican Republic and it was fantastic! Andrea was fantastic at managing our group of 25 and making sure everything was in line to make it as easy as possible for everyone to travel out of the country.

Our resort wasn’t very good with communication, so it was reaffirming to have Andrea helping us every step of the way. It was nice for our guests to have a point of contact for the travel. A huge weight off of us.

I never liked the idea of a stressful wedding and now I can say it was the easiest thing to plan. So many guests said it was the easiest for them to book and attend. 10/10 recommend!

We recently got back from our beautiful wedding at Dreams Las Mareas in Costa Rica. She was so helpful even when we originally tried planning our wedding in the midst of Covid. She was quick and responsive to all my emails, and even had phone conversations with us when we had more questions.

She was very responsive to any questions and if she did not have the answer, she got it from the right person very quickly. She gave us all the information we needed before the trip, during and even after. Even when the hotel let us down, she still made the process a really good experience overall.
